The federal, state, and county government must each become our partner with the City to identify and allocate portions of land for the placement of temporary housing, saving the City money by not having to pay for leases. If we can get FEMA trailers at no cost, or for very low cost we should accept them.

Buildings are placed along the Santa Monica Blvd edge of the property, keeping the Virginia side empty for landowners to continue using and renting out to others. |
